We Do Not Offer Refunds In the Following Cases:

At DesignPik, we sell digital products such as Divi themes and Framer templates. Because these are instant downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Lifetime Access Purchases
    – Products or bundles sold with lifetime access are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Change of Mind
    – If you decide you no longer want the product after purchase.
  • Accidental Purchase
    – If you bought the wrong item or made a duplicate order.

  • Lack of Knowledge
    – If you’re unfamiliar with Divi, Framer, or WordPress and cannot use the product properly.

  • Compatibility Issues
    – If the product does not work with your hosting/server setup or with third-party plugins/themes, and no prior support request was made.

  • Feature Expectations
    – If you’re requesting features that were not clearly mentioned on the product page.

  • Download Issues
    – If you failed to download the product but didn’t contact support for assistance.

  • No Response or Communication
    – If you don’t provide the required information or fail to respond during the support process.

We only offer refunds in exceptional cases, such as

  • If the product has a critical issue that makes it completely unusable, and our support team is unable to fix it after thorough troubleshooting.

Refund Time

We try to process the refund at our earliest convenience, and once we process it, the amount should reappear in your bank account within 10 to 15 business days from the issue date. PayPal charges should be applicable for the refund.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

    SHAIK JAKEER believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

    • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within Not Applicable of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

    • SHAIK JAKEER does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

    • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within Not Applicable of receipt of the products.

    • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within Not Applicable of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

    • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

    • In case of any Refunds approved by the SHAIK JAKEER, it’ll take Not Applicable for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
